GM 10.5 rearend need help with numbers
 

I am trying to find out some information on a gm 10.5 rearend. The numbers on the ring gear are 2 GM 3992484 11-41 5 79. I know it is out of a 79 truck of some sort. and that the gear ratio is a 3-73 but what do these other numbers mean. I am wanting to sell it and want to be able to give some information to any potential buyer. any help would be greatly appreciate.
