gm 10 bolt rearends

hi i am a old chevy car freak! I have just bought a 1967 Acadian Canso Sport Deluxe and I am having a time trying to find out the history of this car. I am also in need of info. on how to id. and measure the 10 bolt rearend that is in this car ie: 7.5,8.2,8.5.If anyone knows please repy thanks

a 67 will be a 8.2" 10 bolt

For many that don't know, this car is the Canadian version of the Chevy II Nova. All parts for the car are Chevy II Nova except for specialized trim that is unique to the car.

GM brought back the Acadian Name in the 1980's for another of Pontiac's cars to be sold in Canada, the T-1000, Pontiacs' version of the Chevy Chevette!!
