Cool

Well I am still doing research but so far I have learned that the bellhousing pattern on the 3800 is the same as most other Fwd 2.8,3.1 & 3.4 also the old S10 and Camaro 2.8.(RWD) The fly wheel on the 3800 Sc has a balance all of its own, but you can have a flywheel from a reg 3800 re-balanced. The bellhousing pattern is different than the old 3.8 olds like the grand nationals.

i don't think you mentioned anything about the Pontiac Grand Prix with the 3.8L supercharged. It is a very nice car, but like you said before, you want RWD and the grand prix just won't give you that.

Hi JoeS. Have been checking into availability of 3800 S.C. for you in Adelaide. None arround in Salvage yards at this time. As soon as they become available, there gone. You could try contacting Holdens direct for a crate motor. Sorry Crozleycrazy1 about the website address,I made a mistake. It should be www.rarespares.net.au,....Cheers !!.
