GM AD pickup fenders?

Does anyone have an opinion about the repro fenders for the 47 thru 55 AD pickups the catalogs are selling? Good or Junk? Thanks!

re: GM AD pickup fenders?

Never seen them installed but have held several of them in my hands.
The rears are not very impressive, the metal is thin and the brace in the middle is weak. They just seemed weak and flismy to me.

The fronts have an extra non stock seem running under the headlight opening down. They are made from heavier gauge metal then what the rears are made from but not as heavy as stock.
The fronts looked to be a good product minus that seem.

GM AD fenders?

Thanks sevt !! I think I'll use what I got untill I can see them in person. I'am done with my fronts, but my rears are going to be a job! They've been hit and repaired several times the wrong way and I've got a lot of shrinking ahead of me to get them right and was looking for an easy way out. Thanks again Pete
