GM Chrome bumper bolts

I tried to replace the bumper on my nova this weekend. Found out that the chrome carriage bolts that hold the bumper on were too rusted to remove, they just spun in their square holes. I could just go down to the local hardware store and buy a set of stainless, but it wouldn't match the chrome bumper. I stopped at Jegs and advance auto and neither knew where I could get any. My question to you all is where can I get a set of new ones?

Thanks everyone!

Here's a picture of what I need:

These would work but the bolt store solid stainless would work just as well if you polish the heads. And they won't rust!
