Post GM Front Clip Info. ???

HELP !!!!!!! I purchased a 39 Chevy 2 Door Sedan that was put on the road in 1993. My Problem is I can find the guy who street rodded this unit to get general info. on it. Are there items on this front clip that might give me information as to year and possiable make ???? I think the late model 350 "1988-up" came from the same car ? it has power steering, ect. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT !!!!

I seriously doubt that it is a late model front clip. They are generally way too wide for your car. Most of the clips are done with the first generation '67-'69 front steer camaro (chevelle) because they are narrower. A lot of these get narrowed A arms from FatMan Fabrications to further narrow them 3".

Check the front wheel bearing numbers and take it to NAPA that can tell you exactly what you have.

Thanks. Years ago, I had to do the exact same thing on a panel that I bought with a GM clip already installed. I needed to replace the ball joints but didn't know exactly what the clip came out of.
