GM gauge question

I'm using a gauge cluster out of an early 80's GM, Caprice I believe. New sending units the oil pressure works fine the voltmeter works fine the Water temp runs about 50 deg. high, the fan cycling switch comes on about 185-190 and the temp gauge reads 260, were there any other temp sensors? I thought they were all pretty much the same. It tracks nice and smooth just goes higher than it should. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I found a chart that shows the resistance value for a given temp. I will try to post the link
