GM Manual Transmission Identification?

The right side numbers are 3925658 8338GM NFc4.
The shifting case is 52254 GM7.
Can anyone help with identifying this 4spd? Thanks!

Awfully close to a Muncie (3925660). Not a T10 (1304 series); If its iron and has all three shift levers on the side cover, its a Saginaw.

I don't have my book right now.

Any idea which year?
Is it from a car or truck?

My books only cover 65 - 75, but I'll look them up tonight.

3925658 is the p/n for the 1968-'69 Muncie "M-type" main case (casting number 3925660).

I'm thinking this is a cast iron Saginaw, the casting number would be 39255656 though. Casting numbers are notorious for being vague and hard to read.

3925656 is the casting number for the saginaw used in 68-75 at least. But the other numbers don't match the extension or sidecover casting numbers.
Like Cobalt said, it is very easy to mistake a 6 for an 8 in these castings.

3925658 does not match any casting numbers in my books.

Any more information about this trans? Pics?
