It should work by attaching orange and black main leads from the seat to "+" & "-" respectively. You have either a bad switch or all the motors are fried! I vote for the former. Find the problem the old fashioned way. Hook up the power and get out your trusty multi-meter and start chasing voltage downstream - main leads at the switch, flick a switch one direction and test the voltage in that lead, and continue this until you zero in on the cause.
