Gm rear casting #26015047
I am trying to identify a posi rear that was put into my 1984 Olds NinetyEight prior to my purchase. I was told it came out of a 78-79 Impala or Caprice (I can't confirm this). The casting number is 26015047 with a "4 H" casted above that number. I am trying to purchase new axles (current bolt pattern is a 5 on 5", looking for a 5 on 4.75")
Can anyone tell me if I can determine the spline count & axle length without going through the trouble of pulling the axles?

There should also be a Casting date on the Center somewhere. Different years are different widths. Ring Gear will also have a Ratio and Date.
