Altho there are some here that have dealt with go-karts, that would be best answered on a go-kart site. Basic information is that the king-pin angle would depend on the camber that is already built into the spindles.

For any additional information, it would depend on the spindle design, the use of the kart, as in is it for racxing, if so what the track is like.

Racing karts come with either a 12 or 15 degree kingpin angle.I think most of the newer karts are 15.If you are building axles so that you can adjust your caster, you can run that anywhere from about 2 to 15 degrees. The less you have it will steer easier, but will be harder to keep straight on a straightaway.

From what I've read and searched around, I would say 15. I'm building a go-kart myself and I'm pretty sure I'm gonna go with 12-15. Also does your kart have front suspension or not?

This is how one guy did it
