That's funny! As I was reading it I thought that if you change a few words here and there for local customs and tastes it could apply to Saskatchewan. We love to wave and drive pickups. Of course our main industries are grain, oil, uranium and potash. Most of us love our huntin' and fishin' and we open doors for all women. We do have our golf courses and love our golfing (the most amount of golf courses per capita in North America).

Pretty much how I go thru life
In all of the Cities I have lived in--San Antonio seems to be the most relaxed.
I grew up in a small town in Idaho---so much of that has been drilled into me.
(although I don't hunt or fish---I can appreciate the enthusiasm)

Previous City residences = Salt Lake City, Bay Area, Ca., Phoenix, Los Angeles

Its funny you mention, I was just thinking that quite a lot of it applied to southern Manitoba.

When people from out of state and country come here to work, mos stay for the rest of their lives. This is the greatest place to live, work and play. The only thing bad about Texas is July and August.

Thay aint nothing bad about TEXAS. My move to the just east of Texas was due to family needs. My wife wants to move back to Houston eventually. Kids and more importantly the grand kids are still there.

BTW, "BUBBA" is currently living in NEW YORK with his woman the se-na-ta.

Funny thing is, I just moved to Texas from Los Angeles. I know two guys named Bubba and one named Mullet. All of them are from Los Angeles.

At least I didn't name my kids Piper, Willow, Bristol, Track, and Trig like Sarah Palin.

That alone should have started the "Have You Done Drugs" questions. Everyone one is still so confused, it hasn't occurred to ask.
