How bout this?, get two all-out strip slicks mounted on standard steelies, throw em in the trunk. When you get to the track, use a cheapo scissors jack and lif the car up and change the street tires and rims with your "racing" tires in the trunk. Then throw the street tires in the trunk (for extra weight and traction and race!
