Going to garage sale's today

This one guy has a poll barn with 6 doors and a 50" boat setting to one side at the far end. Guy has boxes of spot lights, the real old time kind and radio's of all types and fenders for a 68 Chevelle and doors too. Boxes of old/OLD tail lights that looked new. All kinds of car parts, starters and Carbs for old flathead FORD motors and jacks and hammers and a big bunch of wrenches too. Tools and more tools and tool boxes and buckets full of used tools. Said he wasn't getting any younger and felt like cleaning the place out a bit. Row after row of tables and shelves along the wall's all with prices marked, decent enough, but thousands of Dollars worth of used stuff for sale, all in pretty good shape. I didn't buy anything, I decided to clean out my garage instead.......LOL

garage sale every weekend till the stuff is ALL gone!

He told me he will be there every weekend till everything is gone. I mean this guy had like a small warehouse full of car stuff. I already have extra sets of heads setting around, and blocks and cranks and intakes and carbs and radiators and brake parts and a lot of new stuff that needs installed in the projects I already have. I just don't remember ever seeing so much stuff for sale out side of a swap meet.

Years ago, my brother and I went to a garage sale. I was getting ready to build one, but thought, hey that one would work. We were looking around, and trying to figure out how we would move it when the owner came up. We ask him if he was going to move it, or if we had to. He looked at us kind of puzzled and ask what we were talking about. I told him, "the garage of course". Then he told us he was just selling the stuff that had been in the garage. What a let down!

Now I see people wanting to sell their yards. I can understand that. I hate yard work!

Man o Man....I love hearing that. That is just more green backs in my pocket. Yard work pay's so much money its not funny. Take a look (link below) at what 8 weeks of yard work has bought for me.
