Post Good Advice

I have opened my big mouth, and promised a friend to help him street rod his 54 Chevy pickup. It has a Mustang 2 front end under it, and I will be putting in a 350 Olds with TH350. Anybody on here modernized one of these, and where should I look for street rod stuff for this Old Chevy truck.

There are lots of suppliers. Chevs of the 40s 206-254-2438, & Jim Carter 8156-833-1913 are two of the best. Both are on the web. Heavy Chevy Truck Parts 501-524-9575, Grumpy's 602-582-8800, & Truck Shop 714-771-7871 are a few others I have used.

I like Jim Carters the best since they have nearly everything you need, new or used, great service and great prices. If you need a used part, they have their own junk yard and a junk yard service specialist who will talk to you about your parts need, then go out to the junk yard and get it for you.
