These are the cast iron 083 heads, is the heat going to be a worse problem with this application?
While we are on the subject I have another Q. My personal project is an 88 3/4 ton Cheyenne. I have put a 305 from an 92 RS camaro (all i could find) after my vortec blew. I had taken the heads from the vortec and put them on this engine. Later found out that doing that lowered my comp ratio. What direction to get the best results should i go?
