I think they should have a show about meth. You always see before and after pics and wonder what the hell goes on inbetween or on a day to day schedule. Just a real life show about the day to day life of tweaks-lol. You can have one that's homeless, one that's young who lives at home and his parent's don't know, one who has a good job and lives a double life, some that are recovering, and some who are recovering and go back on, and one that's about to croak just for shock and awe-lol I'm a sick mind.
Don't forget there was never a Sponge Bob Square Pants bike!
Or a Simpsons bike! Or maybe a Amish Mafia bike to welcome in another stupid "reality" show!

Yep...that would be a 2 hour special with the old man breaking half a dozen manderine orange creates saying that they're not square enough.

I like Wheeler Dealers on Velocity. They fix up an old car to sell it. Very little fake drama.

I've discovered that all the shows I've seen do horrible work but American Hotrods. They do some good stuff. Those other shows try to complete cars in 3 weeks, unheard of. I still watch though.

@Tech69 I find a lot of the cars American hot rod put together too much of trailer queens. Would you shell out over a hundred thousand to be your daily driver??

it's not that, it's the fact that those other car shows use rattle can for everything.

It's enjoyable for me to watch guys use marine blocks, doing a lot of metal fabrication, and having to deal with Duane and perfection. Just my opinion, and it doesn't have to be a 100k car to use two part Urethane products as opposed to rattle cans. I saw some Euro one where the guy was trying to give techniques on how not to tiger stripe with rattle can...I wanted to flip the channel. All in all, I appreciate them all but will actually sit and watch hours of American hot rod.

As far as I know America has not imported/screwed it up yet. Much, much, much, much better than that fake BS drama on American Hot Rod.

I just never liked the drama in any of those "reality" shows.

yeah, rattle can is the way to go. There's no arguments on those shows cause they're making a ton of money ripping people off. I can't say for all the Euro shows but the one I've seen is no better than the Russian hack down the street making them "pretty" just to sell.

we may not even be talking about the same show. I'm talking about one where they always kick the car to a tall skinny guy with messed up hair and they basically just prep it up to sell. Can't think of the name of it. It's interesting to me to know what guys are doing to sell them for more but it's not my cup of tea. I like American hot rods cause they show what it's like to work in a top notch shop, so that appeals to me. Bottom line, I can't complain...they're all car shows and Velocity Tv is a gem.
