Got 2K primer on the windshield

I got some 2K primer on the corner of the windshield, it doesn't want to come off. Tried lacquer thinner, razor blade, ultimate glass cleaner(like polishing compound) still there.
Help!

I new razor blade will take it off with minimal effort. Be careful not to scratch the glass with the edges of the blade. A bit of soapy water helps.
