My older daughter and her family live in Festus. '65 Riv is one of my favorites - beautiful cars! I'll have to come down and see your work sometime.

I have a brother that lives in Festus. Getting ready pretty soon to make new seat foam for bucket seats.

Thanks everybody for the compliments!

I stopped by the upholstery shop yesterday - they had made me a set of custom floor mats using some left over carpet. Told me 'no charge'. Mats are going to be a free bonus on all their custom jobs! Well done!

The cost of upholstery varies so much from place to place. The cost of living is so different from place to place, overhead ,regulations etc. For instance I have never seen a shop hours manual for upholstery like they have for auto repair. I don't think one exists. There is a furniture yardage chart but none for cars and boats that I know of.
