there are several things you can do about this. This place works with ebay to solve buyer seller dispute. If not that, then tell me he lives in Oklahoma or near by and I can have me a road trip....

... and at that moment the culmination of all the conjoined efforts of 20,000 registered hotrodders came to fruition. The carb thief was cowering on his knees at the feet of an angry crowd of 'rodders... only 4Jawchuck stood in their way.
"Now I know you're all mad, but just like trolls on the site, we have to be the bigger man on this one and not let our emotions get a hold of us!" Said chuck, as he made calming motions with his hands. A silence fell over the men and women of HR.com. Their top-poster and engine forum moderator had spoken... the ancient wise one... the medicine man. Just then the silence cracked open like the block of an over boosted Ricer: "I SAY WE BURN 'AT FU**ER!!!" Yelled an an angry voice from deep within the giant crowd. A broodish cheer ripped through the still night air. Chuck's eyes danced back and forth over the advancing crowd and then down at the prisoner one last time, then he ran.... ... and it began. K |

Well, since you mailed the intake, you got his address. Just put a life-size poster of Pam Anderson in his front yard. When he comes out to hump it, have all you friends join in a good old-fashionded whoop-***. (then get your intake back)

look in his history. he bought another 2x4 intake.
do yourself a favor in the future. if you ship from the post office, start sending everything with insurance & delivery confirmation, ups is a little safer. it will save you a lot of ***** in the long run. i buy & sell alot on ebay, & i get ****ed about 1 out of 30 times. this one ********* tavis stevens, sold me a crower 4340 steel crank ($400.00) for a 400 chevy. he lived in NC at the time, & i just live in TN. it took that ********* 6 weeks to get me a crank. when it did get here, it turned out being a brand new cast iron oem replacement crank ($129.00). he did me & two other people like that. he changed his user id & i caught him doing the same scam. ebay didn't do ***** about it! the local law didn't do *****! & the FBI didn't do *****! i wanted this guy in the worst way, i started to go & take it out of his black ***, but if i had the law would have damn sure done something about that. would have been a hate crime. poor bastard would have got what he deserved though. so just remember the name tavis stevens. his last email address was brewingtoncandyb@aol.com. if you want ****ed, do business with him! I sell alot of stuff on ebay. I have only had a couple of iffy deals out of over 300 transactions. I find that if you just watch the feedback profile of who you are dealing with, you generally don't have any problems. ALWAYS insure your merchandise. If you don't, then you leave yourself wide open for trouble. Ebay is a great place to buy/sell , just cover your butt both ways and you'll be okay.

I had one bad transaction last year with an ********* that sold me a cracked engine block. They covered the damage in the picture and claimed the shipper did it when I claimed them.
After a round with square trade and several rounds with paypal and ebay I got a partial re-imbursement. Nobody at paypal or ebay is interested in writing wrongs, they only care about the money not you. My advice to you is to get your monies worth by harrasing this guy to the fullest extent possible. File a case with the IFCC, they are the FBI division of Internet fraud enforcement. It will be a long time if ever that you hear from them but atleast that guy's name will be on file for future complaints. That's what I did in my case. I also signed up several alias ebay account names and plan on routinely bidding up on future items for that guy so I can watch him relist it and relist it and relist it
