I believe the "Grabber blue" was a Ford color anyway.

Ford did some 71 torino cobras with a richard petty special option also. They came with petty blue paint. But I was just wondering if it was the same so I could use his left over paint. But now that I know its different I will just buy new. Thanks

as i recall many years ago grabber blue is the same as ford tractor blue, the ford candy apple red is the same as safety red also fire extinguisher red. they just changed the names . i always suspected the green color was a john deere green. it came to my attention when having a jobber mixing paint.
