Greasing impact gun?

So I was looking through my impact manual and it states that for maintenance you have to grease it. I've been using the gun for the last 1.5 years (every other weekend or so).

According to the manual, #10 is during assembly and #11 is through the fitting. Only thing is, is that there are two #11's while I can only see one fitting on the gun.

How much grease should one put through the zirc fitting? The manual doesnt state anything, It must of been made by Stevie Wonder (no offence)

I have been using impact guns all my life and never greased them. I always ran Marvel Air Tool oil through them at the end of the day before putting them up for the night.

I'm with Vince - I don't think you have anything to worry about. I also put a couple of drops of Marvel Air Tool oil when I use my air tools.

Sure the internals need heavy grease when it's assembled - the maintenance interval on the #11 fittings is 48hours - I'd assume this is cummulative total time using the wrench ~ I seriously doubt you put 48hours - of time on that impact wrench since you've owned it

BTW - the hidden #11 is probably located underneath the rubber sheathing, if it's not brittle you should be able to roll it back and see it.
