Great Advice !!

I finished wet sanding , and buffing my 69 galaxie convertible tonight, and I wanted to let everyone know that the advice I received from this forum is what made it successful. I have never done anything- paintwise- to a car in my life except scratch and damage it. I got my car back from the "paint-guy" and could see sand scratches in it. It was a good paint job for the money----but I wanted more. So I turned here- and started on the most frightening journey I may ever take---------I took sand paper to my newly painted car ! then i wet sanded, and wet sanded-----then buffed and buffed, and WOW ! I didnt sand thru the clear- i didnt burn any edges, and it looks AWESOME ! (of course fear and lack of money will make you very carefull!) I just wanted to say thank you to all of you paint "gurus" out there that contribute daily to this forum---youve allowed me to take a just average piant job, and turn it into something not so ordinary. To you new guys- just starting a project and needing advice----read it all....and I think you'll find these guys know what they're talking about. And belive me- if i can do definitely can.
