I agree with Bob, Dave..if someone wants a satin finish, I say fill your boots, personally I'm not a fan of that at all. When I do a car, I make sure it's straight, white or a satin, even satin white.

The way a car drives and dependability is of utmost importance, I will agree with that and you've mentioned several times on different threads that how pretty a car is doesn't really matter to you, I respect that. I'm more in the painting side of the hobby/trade and even though I agree that a car has to drive down the road straight first and not break down...I feel the body needs to be straight as well. If I'm going to take all that time to make the body straight, I feel that the finish should reflect the effort. Just like you want to appreciate the effort it takes to build a dependable vehicle.

I do understand.
