Great wiring resource found

Ran across this while searching for some wiring diagrams. I thought it was worth sharing, hope it's of some help.

Backspace to the base web address and there are great links there also.

if the link doesn't work go to http://www.autozone.com/servlet/UiBr...n=viewHomePage & become a member. enter your info on your truck or car, then click on "Repair Info" then on "Vehicle Repair Guides" then on "Chassis Electrical" this should then take you to the wiring diagrams....joe

My dad is rebuilding a 50 chevy p/u and is in the process of wiring the charging system. Can someone describe how the wiring should be using a generator. There are two posts on the gen. I assume one of them has to go to the voltage regulator but other than that I'm not totally sure. Thanks in advance.
