ground affects

i have a cougar and i want to make ground effects for it and a front air dam.
i was thinking about making the forms out or wood and cover with lays of fiberglass, until i think it is stronge enough
any better ideas or matterials i can use
also what is a good way to attactto the cars rockers and bumpbers which are a plastic material

Lord Fusor makes a good adhesive for this purpose. 127EZ. I've never had any failures with the stuff. Bob
