Guess who I met last night
The gang from Hotrodders.com that came to Columbus for a meet. Summer is my busy time so I have'nt been on the site much and I forgot about the meet in Columbus. No problem, I ran into them last night anyway, what a small world. I was cruizing my SVO around last night and stopped at a local meeting spot for cars, a group ended up over at my car, they where grilling me with questions and looking over my car. I asked if they were local because I heard a thick Boston accent, they said no we're members of a web site and we traveled here to meet. What web site I asked, Hotrodders.com
 No kidding, I'm SVOHIO. So we stayed out til 2:00 am shooting the breeze and we're going to meet up again at Quaker Steak & Lube later this afternoon.

Yeah it was pretty cool, we were talking about how this guy painted his mustang black in his garage and it came out gorgeous! Then he mentions he was online at some hotrodders forum finding answers. Found out that it was us!!! It was probably less than a half hour after you left Jim. BTW, you can tell your wife that we never got any rain out there after all the lightening! After meeting him, we wound up drinking until 2am trading stories, LOL!

We would've like to have stayed a little longer but we had to get home to pickup our kids. We ran into some rain on 270 towards Westerville but nothing too bad. I do know one thing I will be back sometime this summer with the S10(finished or not) probably at the Hooters cruise-ins.
Alot of nice people and cars over that way. Later, WEIMER

hell yeah! Hooters kicked *****! I'll have to go hang out there the rest of the summer! Cruising at Quaker Steak sucked though, they had a big bouncer guy that told anyone who squealed tires to leave and they weren't welcome back. I don't think I'll ever eat there again or take my car when it's done. On the plus side though, we did meet some really cool guys there too.

You should see the burnouts at the cruise-in at Quaker Steak after Goodguys on Friday night....He'd have a hard time telling everyone to leave
