guide coat process

hello everyone

i'm doing my first paint job

on my car the body work is done
and the car is full prime
i'm going to spray the sealer on the top of everything
but before my question is

do i need to do the guid coat process on the primer ?
or should i do this after , on the sealer ?
or should i do this on each steps ?

Actually you should be done with the guide coat as that is done during the blocking step when you are filling and leveling..

I have tried most all of it and now do what is known to work..
