H-Beam vs. I-Beam Connecting Rods

In regards to racing: What connecting rod (H-Beam or I-Beam) is better in terms of strength, weight and durability? What are the advantages over one from the other and assuming they both are made of high quality aircraft 5140 steel.

Thanks!
