hand-built street rod bought on EBAY with no title

Greetings from newbie in Arkansas. I bought a really cool home-made car. It has no title or VIN. It has square tubed frame, Ford model A front axle, Chevy engine and trans, 280Z rear, and the body made from the engine nacelle of a Lear Jet. Anyone have advice for getting a title for this "boat anchor"?

Arkansas DMV can provide you a better answer than any of us could. I am sure you will need to be armed with a shoe box full of bills of sale, certificate of origins etc that will satisfy them that nothing is stolen. Good luck!!!!

read trees posting a few times....

he's dead on... u can NEVER have nuff receipts... engine/trans b.o.s with vin it came out of... notarized if u can.. down to receipts for nuts/bolts... get a statement for pre owner stating he BUILT the body and notarize it too... and don't volunteer any answers... just answer the question and wait for the next ????... thats what i did and advise friends to do the same.. and have had NO problems... i just handed the 3 ring binder to the st police and said knock yourself out....
