GOJO. You put it on before you go to work and oil and grease can not penetrate the skin., so no more stains. Then plain old DAWN dishwashing soap(it takes grease out of your way) and it does. It pulls the grease off your hands without pulling the oils out of your hands. Give it a try most parts can order you a tube for like 5 bucks and goes a very long way.

This is about the same stuff as the Evercoat "Glove Cote" although it does look somewhat different. It is everything you said and then some!
