Gc, If the grooves look good and you changed to good clips you should be in good shape. I suspect the quality of most of these Chinese tools vary from batch to batch even in the same tool line.

Exactly, I've seen items vary in the same shipping crate at our San Antonio HF, Thats why I usually look at several of the same thing before I pick an item. Yes sir, you just got know what to look for at good old HF!

Even their standard hoses are junk. I have 2 thatlook like snakes eating mice. Delaminating. Junk.
