Hi,
Can someone help a family man trying to fix his truck? I have a ford 150/st6cyl/1986 truck/feedback 1b carb/TFI ign, and want to trash the TFI amp and install Duralast ignition module. Auto zone pt# F102 or apt# FO-306. This new module has two wired plugs wired to it. One plug has two terminals, the other has four. My guess is two are power, two are pick-up and two are step up transformer coil. Can anyone identify these module terminals, diagram, or where I could go?

Thank you very much for your time.

I ran across this stuff working on carbing my Dakota, just went through my bookmarks and found some threads...
You'll need a Duraspark dizzy with vacuum advance for this, the TFI unit won't put out the right signal.
Any blue grommet module will work, lots of people are moving to a 4-pin GM HEI module because it's cheaper and easier to find, there's lots of info in the links...
