The carb body, intake manifold plenum is getting too hot.
Restrict/block the exhaust heat riser passages at the intake manifold flange.
Install a wood carb heat isolation spacer.
Regulate fuel pressure to 5psi max.
fuel lines too close to the exhaust.
missing mechanical fuel pump heat isolation mounting plate/gasket.
