I have to remover the entire front side of the motor to replace it and I have been fighting with this harmonic balancer all day today. Broke two pullers and have came to the conclution I need some advice. Please help before I start my car.

Penetrating oil and if your really carefully you can inch it off with a slide hammer. Did it a few times at my shop. No problems yet

I finaly was able to get it of with the help of a flywheel puller and two cans of penetrating oil...I have since put it mostly back together (still waiting on a new fan clutch and fan).

actually it looked better than I expected...slight rust but nothing that a quick wipe down didnt cure...the new harmonic balancer should look nice in the car with literaly half new parts.
