harmonic balancer/dampner

Hi, I have a question on harmonic balancers or dampners. Has anyone used a Fluid dampner on the street. I am building a small block Chevy 415" at around 600 HP that will spin around 7500 RPM. The car will weigh approx 2900 lbs. and will have a Liberty 5 speed. It will be a internally balanced engine. This car will be mainly a street car with a few trips to the strip. I was also considering a super dampner from ATI. Can anyone shed some light on the subject? The car will be stored for the winter in an unheated garage. I live in Michigan where it can dip below zero at times. I do not know if that will matter or not. Thanks for any and all advice.

I have a Fluid-damper on my camaro 408 no problems yet been on there for a few years now. Didn't know to cold would effect them it get pretty cold here to sometimes not way below zero or anything. Oh and my car is street driven and sit in a un heated garage for now anyway. But i am curious to your question wondering what others will say i might want to change mine.

Thanks for the quick reply. It's a lot of money to spend and I would like to make the right choice.
