the yoke will work but, without actually fitting the driveshaft, theres no way of telling as your not real specific on what the other driveshaft came out of. if it came out of the same model car, its possible that it will fit.
another thing you can do is to put the 2 driveshafts side by side and see if theyre the same length.

well.. FYI, the 2004r, and the th350 6" tailshaft (car and '69-72 truck length) are all the same length(right about 28.5" overall from bellhousing to the tail end)

and same driveshaft and yoke 27 spline

You might have a problem with the length of the yoke, the 3004R needed a slightly longer yoke to engage the rear thrust bushing, without it the output shaft would flop around. It might be too long for the Th350, but try it and see, it still might work.

possible but unlikely

unless the driveshaft is not from this model vehicle then it should be fine no issues so as long as about 2/3 or 3/4 of the yoke is engaged into the tailshaft with the car on the ground, on its rear tires, and at rest

if the th350 is the "short" 6" tail then youll be fine unless something else is wrong modified with the car as far as drivetrain location placement is concerned.

the 250 and the THM200C trannies are also the same length -are all right about 28.5" actual and overall length

the 250 trans looks identical to a 350 trans except it is missing two pan bolts so it has 11 instead of 13 of them, and alos on the side of the case is band adsjutment nut that the 350 trannies do not have

otherwise you cant tell by the outside a 250 trans from a 350 trans

just some random gm tranny info for fun
