I'm guessing early 60s Volvo.

With a flip front end.....neat.

I find it strange, as my buddy has a shop in British Columbia with an old Volvo, it is caged, tubbed, has a flip front end that looks just like that, and he has a Ford small block in it. He is planning on a twin turbo SB Ford.
I can't honestly say I thought I would ever see another one.

When his shop opens up again after his holiday break I'll have to see if I can get a pic, and you'll see how close the two cars look!

Well I guess the old photo albums are gone , I put up some current pics, Cant wait to see another car that resembles mine have wanted to build this car for twenty years, the body has been in my yard that long, drove a stock one long ago for quite a while, its the smallest body I could come up with for the biggest motor I could find. This is my forth HEMI car and by far the best ,this time next year I hope to take my fisrt ride .

Well I have a 54 331 HEMI with 4 carbs in front of a700r4 raptor, so far it's got a jag rear 3,54 gears, because I have several units on hand, if it won;t hold up I plan to go with a HEIDT'S ifs set up. The car is four years under way and hope to first run this time next year, what a christmas present. thanks for your interest. Can't wait to see the other volvo I've heard about I've always wondered why I dont see more of these cars , 14'' narrow than a 50's car and a foot lower roof stock.
