hawthorne starfire&few more questions

Hey guys couple of questions....first has anybody used hawthorne starfire pants from paint for cars? They have some pretty cheap,Its a single stage&cheap so was gonna buy a few kits.It says its extremly fast drying...should that make me worry about spraying to dry?
Also with single stage is acrylic urathane or acrylic enamel better for someone still learning?&What type of primer? What Ive been using is summit ss 2k high build primer...&can anyone recomend a site with alot of ss kits in solids I keep finding metallics espically when Im looking for grays.
I went on tcp global&there ss gray was a dove gray or a machinery gray&if Im not mistaken my grandfather used one of those to match up with some paint on some old ford 9n tractors...not sure how it would look on a car.Well thanks in advance.

I tried their urethane base clear kit with the 5 star clear a couple years ago, the clear lifted when un-taping the jambs. I called them and they sent a new “kit”. The clear had no adhesion to the base; it was so bad I was able to remove the clear by blowing it off with an air nozzle. I ended going to my local paint supplier and bought Omni base. I re-shot using the Omni base with the 5 star clear that they sent in the replacement kit….so much for trying to save a few $.
