Post head bolt opps

how or what is the best way to get a broke head bolt out

drill them out and use a easyout. or redrill the hole and retap the hole

Mig weld a nut (non-plated) to the exposed portion building up using a spot weld technique if needed, turn out just like that usually unless it was bottomed...hard.

You can try to use a drill bit slightly smaller than the bolt shank , then peel the remianing threads out. You need to be precise here.
