Head spring pressure question
I had new seals and the valves ground on my TFS 31400001 heads a couple years ago. Also had new springs put in. The only info I got on the springs was that the Installed pressure was 94-96lbs and the open pressure was 288lbs at .480 lift. I am wanting to go with either a new cam or 1.6 rockers. Can anyone help me out on what the highest lift I could safely go is?

It's not a question of spring pressure, it's a question of the spring reaching coil bind. A lot of the stock springs out there will only go to .490", at 1.700 installed height.
