Head stud puller

Hey, just thought I'd post some pics of this puller i made today, has anyone else built someting like this,if so post some pics. Theres nut welded on the end of the threaded rod. You the slap your impact with a 1 1/8 socket and wala, she pulls it out like cake

Pretty nifty. Wish I would have thought of that years ago. I used to work in a small shop and would stack washers on the stud then turn the nut down on them which would lift the stud out. Took forever but it got the job done. Your way is much nicer.


When I have time, I'll post the valve spring compressor that I made. It works great.

Nice single application tool. I use the OTC kit with a 15lb slide hammer and it also works great.
