headers

I have a 77 short bed Chevy with a 350 small block engine. It has flow master headers already on it but the headers are hitting the oil filter. Im not sure which kind of headers would be great for the truck. Any suggestions?

I'm guessing you probably are using the standard tall truck filter.I can't remember the Delco number but I think the tall one is PF35(??) and the standard short car filter is PF25(??). I used to use the tall boys on my old monte till I put the headers on then it would not clear.I'm guessing you probably need to do as I did and go for the short filter.
It's been awhile since I've been working on hotrods(justgetting back into it)so my memory is fuzzy.
