headers on fuel injected F-150
I'd like to put headers on my F-150 hoping for more mileage and power. However if I do so, i will have to have an extension harness for the oxygen sensor so it reaches down to where the oxygen sensor will have to be.
I assume this is done all the time am I correct? I cant be the only person to want to put long tube headers on a fuel injected V8... Truck is an 87 F-150 5.0 automatic. Anyone see any problems? I should mention the oxygen sensor is a heated oxygen sensor so there "shouldnt" be any problems with it running too cold...

Oh I totally forgot about the EGR. But I think it gets exhaust from a crossover in the intake manifold rather than a tube from the exhaust manifold.
