Headlight burned or what?

While screwing arround with the fuse box in my 71 chevelle, trying to get my b&m shifter light to work I noticed that the right headlight dosnt work anymore.
It still works in high beam mode but not in low.
Its too dark right now to check the fuses.
I have been looking for a fuse box diagram to check weather or not there is actually a fuse for the low beam right headlight or not but i have not been able to find one at all.

So is there a fuse that controls just the right headlight in low beam mode or am i looking at a burned out bulb.

71 chevelle

Installing a shift light should not effect your headlights. Unless you wanted your headlights to come on at 6500 RPM. Both headlights are on the same fuse. If high beams are working you have a bad bulb or disconnected wire between the left and right bulbs. They run on the same wire and split at the drivers side headlight.

Heh sorry wasnt the shift light it was the gear indicator light on the megashifter in the car.
The way the guy wired it up before i bought it was, both headlights come on, the tach lights up and the dash and guage pods light up all on the headlight switch.
Before trying to wire that bulb i was reading 14volts in the car after i tried to wire the light i was only getting 13.

But that being said the low beam can wear out but still allow the high beam to work?
If thats the case it isnt that bad.

Yep turned out to be a burned out lamp, replaced it for 8 bux then was on my way.
Electrical stuff is still scary to me.
That and i am still in-experienced with classic cars.
