Headliner idea
How do you attach a formed headliner to the ceiling of a hotrod with a real clean look.

What do you mean by 'formed"? Are you talking about a headliner board like modern cars have, or a custom "hard" headliner? In either case, the headliner is not attached directly to the roof, it is suspended below the roof.
