Hi Eddie, and welcome to Hotrodders. As far as the hard headliner goes, I don't have any pictures, but the most important thing is to have a solid base to attach the headliner to. This is accomplished with a piece of 1/4" luan plywood. Then the headliner can be done outside the car and be glued in place after you get all your design work done.

The sections of the door panels were glued in place. If you look at the pictures again, you'll see that there's really only one piece that is completely glued (Landau top and trim adhesive) in place. The rest of the pieces are glue in place, but overlap each other.

As far as your seats go, you can buy seat bases that tilt forward. Check places like Summit Racing for those.

No one lives forever, the trick is creating something that will.
