headrest finalizing (plastic clips?)

Hey guys, finishing up my interior project and I have a quick question. My headrest covers fit nicely and are installed, but I'm having a hard time figuring out the best way to close them up after slipping them on.

The OEM headrest had these plastic channels that clipped in to each other. Are those available for purchase anywhere and if so what are they called? Would you recommend just sewing them instead?

That stuff is hard to find, it's called "J" channel. I would just sew Velcro on both sides, or you could sew in a jacket end zipper.

Ah ok thanks! I have it with velcro right now and it's not as clean looking as I'd like at the corners. I might try the zipper.
