93-97 GenII LT1 heads don't fit because of reverse cooling pattern. 96-99 Vortec L31 heads are very good, require matching intake tho'. 92 & down Gen1 heads work also. 86 & up the center 2 intake bolts are a different angle, minor easy to fix problem.

basically, to keep it simple, any heads you find off of a 1992 or older small block chevy will bolt right on to your engine...according to your casting numbers your engine is a 350, so to keep it easy find another SBC with a 4" bore (350's and 327's are most common) and the heads will bolt right on and work with no problem...more modern Vortec heads will work as well, but they require a different intake manifold than the older SBC's which are readily availabe...I would recommend finding or buying some good Vortec heads (they're relatively inexpensive new and they perform quite well) if you don't mind getting a new intake manifold, edelbrock makes their common manifolds in Vortec versions which keeps the hassle to a minimum...cheers!

Heads are the biggest bang for the buck for horsepower, building a monster start with that part after you settle on inches and go from there...
