Heat works everywhere but the floor

I have a 98'S-10 pu,V 6 Vortek. Dad has 2000'Sonoma ,V 6 pu also.same problem.I want a simple detail solution to fix them. I know someone here has did this repair.The heater wont blow heat out in the floorboard for cold feet & legs.Thanks for the answer anyone, before I rip the dash out!

GM has a tech service bulletin out for both of the vehicles you listed.

Reference # is 02-01-38-005
Date Issue: December 1, 2002
It Covers:
Chevrolet:1998-2002 Blazer, S10
GMC: 1998-2002 Jimmy, Sonoma
Oldsmobile:1998-2002 Bravada

It covers a Revised Heater/Vent Module Replacement
